Flew out on the 5th Feb via Madrid to Lima ..
The afternoon of the 6th on the beach at Playa los Pavos.
The 7th was an early flight from Lima to Cusco ..
The 8th was a taxi to Ollantaytambo to get the train to Aguas Calientes ..
The 9th was Machu Picchu more on that later ..
The 10th was train back to Ollantaytambo then a Taxi to Lake Huacarpay ..

Which upon arrival was Closed !!

Taxi back to Cusco ..

The 11th hire a driver did Lake Huaypo and Lake Piuray etc ..
The 12th flight back to Lima then Taxi o San Bartolo ..
The 13th early taxi to Paracas ..
The 14th out to the Islas Ballestas ..
The 15th coach back to Lima for flight home ...

I really enjoyed this trip even with the slight problems along the way, like closed hotels and sunstroke ...

In hindsight i should of tightened up the time lapses between flights and trains, also got the coach from Lima to Paracas as i did on the return back ..

That's definitely the most concise Peru trip report I've ever seen, haha! Cracking pics though. Your Blue-crowned Motmot has been split and is now Momotus aequatorialis, the Andean or Highland Motmot. Also your Sandwich Tern has been split and is now Thalasseus acuflavidus Cabot's Tern. Sorry I can't help you with your mystery pics, I've never been to the Neotropics so don't know most of the birds there. Cheers!
